About

Stanford Gleeful is a powerful technomancer with nearly Bill esqe abilities. However many of these come at a severe cost.

History

Born to a family full of dark magic, Stanford didn't have the best start in life. He was 'born a freak,' as his father put it. His family would do anything to be rid of him. However, nothing seemed to work.Stanford kept to himself and spent the majority of his time isolated, and around his twin brother Stanley Gleeful, who was tasked with being his keeper and teaching him basic illusion magic. His home life was rife with abuse and neglect and his schooling wasn't any better. Stanford suffered from several learning disabilities, causing the school and family to assume he'd just be some nobody while his brother Lee was destined for great things.Stanford would later go to West Coast Tech with his brother when it was found he was a genius, much to his family's shock. He met Fiddleford in college along with a few others. Stanley, Stanford, and Fiddlleford would go on to start the Tent of Telepathy, and the rest is history as they say.

Weaknesses/Issues

Stanford was never properly trained in his powerful eldritch magic meaning that his magic when it does manifest can be explosive and unpredictable. Most notably when he experiences strong emotions. His technomancer abilities manifest and can cause electrical shorts and electrical items to explode nearby.Because of this Stanford must maintain a calm or neutral demeanor most of the time causing him to push his emotions and feelings down which causes him to come off cold hearted. This has also caused a considerably amount of emotional stunting. The longer he goes on like this the harder it becomes to control.Another side effect of avoiding using his magic is a magical build up of sorts which causes a black fluid to leak from his eyes, nose, mouth, and eyes at times. This fluid will stain fabric and corrupt living creatures with weak magical constitutions.
